BB’s New York Slice is a New York style pizza joint located in Takamatsu, Japan. After years living in Japan teaching English and running an educational program in the Takamatsu prefecture of Japan, Seth Benerofe found himself missing one of the things he loved most, pizza. This is the age old story of yearning for something from your childhood and realizing the only way to get it is to make it yourself. So Seth learned the craft, took the leap of faith and brought his favorite pizza to the people of Takamatsu!
